Sports Betting Interfaces

During several years of working for Softsystems Solutions, a company which has developed sports betting software, I could gather extensive hands on experience as a UX designer.

At the timepoints I have joined the project, the software has already been partly developed, but the design was done by the developers. It was quickly clear that it will not be enough just to add a nice skin, to make the product usable, so I had to dive in to the concept phase. I could gather information from live testing the software use on the touchscreen terminals and then study and improve pain points.

After the touchscreen terminal has been completely developed, the concept had to be ported onto a mobile screen. The main challenge was to display plethora of information on a small space and make it understandable to the user. Again, we could test and improve the concept by testing it with real users and interviewing them.

My work was not over with designing the user interface for the end users. Additionally I had to design information monitors, cashier and backend administration software and company’s website.
