Inexplicable phenomena

„Inaxplainable phenomena“ was an interactive multimedia book for a publishing house vgs Verlag, consisting of two CD-ROMs and dedicated to supernatural phenomena. This was my first screed design project, where I had sole responsibility and quite a free hand for the project design. I had to develop a simple, understandable (for the public of that time) user interface. It had some skeuomorphism elements, very popular in that time, which were combined with more subtle typographical elements. I have had plenty of visual material at my disposal, which I could combine into collages. It was a good training in Photoshop, which I have been using since one of its very first versions. The main challenge, however, was converting and displaying pictures in 256 colors.
